Placing an Order

Upon placing an order, the Buyer shall provide to the Seller his or her valid credit card number and other billing information as requested by the Website. The Seller will usually charge the credit card on shipment of the product(s). For other payment methods, such as online transfer payment, the Seller will charge the Buyer on confirmation of the order or prior to shipment.

The Seller will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of the Buyer's order and payment secure but the Seller cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by the Buyer.

The price and availability of the items may be changed at any time without notice. The price at which the Buyer agrees to purchase the items is the price stated on pascal-yes.com.my at the time the Buyer places his order. Payment for the items shall be made in full before physical delivery.

Supply of Products

The pictures showing the product(s) in the Website may not be identical to the product(s) as shipped to the Buyer. The Seller shall have the right to supply the product(s) which do not correspond to the pictures appearing in this website, provided that the said product(s) perform substantially the same function as described in this Website.

The Seller shall have the right to make substitutions and modifications of the specification of the product(s) ordered by the Buyer, provided that such substitutions or modifications will not materially affect the overall performance of the product(s) or the type of product(s) ordered by the Buyer.

Return Procedure

• If the products that the Buyer received are defective, damaged or wrongly described, please contact us by phone/email/fax within 5 days after receipt.
• The Buyer may also download a return form from our website at www.pascal-yes.com.my which must be completed and returned to us together with a copy within 5 days after receipt. We shall then contact you for further action.
• All goods being returned shall be delivered to:

Exchange

• The Seller will exchange items purchased based on the following conditions:
  1. When wrong item or size has been delivered
  2. When the item received is faulty or not usable
  3. Claims for exchange must be made not more than 5 days after receipt
  4. Returned goods must be in original condition (not worn) with complete labels and tags, original box and packaging, and otherwise in a condition enabling the Seller to sell the product as new.
• Products that have been used, altered, returned incomplete or accidentally damaged by the Buyer will not be accepted for return.

Refund

The Seller do not offer a refund for transactions processed on the Website. If the products that the Buyer receives are defective or not usable, the Seller will exchange the products with the same items within a reasonable time. However, in some rare cases where the Seller is not able to supply an exact replacement, the Seller shall give the Buyer a full refund.

Improper Return

Where the Buyer returns a product in contravention of this policy, the Seller will not refund or exchange the product. The Seller may retain the returned product until the Buyer pays to the Seller such additional amount as the Seller may charge for re-delivery of the returned product. In the event of dispute, the Seller's decision shall be final and conclusive.

Turnaround 

• However, product delivery duration is subject to the mass and size of the product. For some products, delivery may take more than 14 days (for west Malaysia) and 30 days (for east Malaysia). We reserve the right to alter or amend delivery times in exceptional circumstances.

Shipping Rates

Delivery fees for Peninsular Malaysia is RM10 while East Malaysia RM15 on one single purchase with total amount below RM60.

Order Tracking

Our courier company provides a fully traceable delivery service. With the tracking number, the Buyer can find out exactly where his package is at that moment.

Acceptance of Products

Unless the Buyer has notified us of any wrong or faulty items received for the Buyer's purchase within 5 days upon receipt, the items shall be deemed to have been accepted by the Buyer as being in good condition.
